Emmequattro designs and manufactures Drive
Axles, Drop Boxes and Gearboxes since 1977.
In spite of the small starting resources, the company has been
able to develop and run complicated production processes gaining
important market shares in many European countries.
Our organizational structure,
always improved to become thinner and in the same time more efficient,
is now ready to enter - with due approaches - the main non-European
markets as United States and Eastern countries.
To carry out the Customers’ requests
quickly, meeting their requirements with ability, application
and experience achieved during these 30 years of incessant
activity and more than 90.000 transmissions made:

Emmequattro obtained the certification (DNV) according
to the new standards for Quality Management Systems as from UNI
EN ISO 9001:2008 (open certification).
Emmequattro’ s transmissions fit
self moving machines and vehicles with a total weight of up to
6 tons.
Our
present range of products, recently enriched with new series,
includes Rigid and Steering Drive Axles with
hypoid crown wheel and pinion; Integrated Differential/Gearbox
Units fitted for hydraulic and electric motor; Differentials
with epicycloidal reducer on wheels and wet multiple
disks brakes; Transfer Reduction Unit, 1 or 2-speed version.
Our
combinations are available for 2 or 4WD Trucks and lightweight
Commercial Vehicles; for Special Vehicles
of city maintenance (Street Sweepers, Municipal-waste
Collectors) or airport ground equipment (Passenger
conveyors, Belt conveyors and Tow Tractors); for Self-moving
Farming Vehicles ( Fruit Harvester Machines and Sprayers)
and for Building Industry Vehicles (Dumpers,
Concrete Mixers and Mini-Shovels).
Targets
Aware
of the extremely competition of our sector, where the products’
high technology has to match with reliability and ready supply,

to offer the market a wide range of made-on-project products,
wisely combining standard components. These components, manufactured
by modern robotized plants and assuring high quality, can compete
with the low costs of the one produced in the new markets.
Our customers, using their personal M4 password,
can log in the company’s integrated network and find
ready and successful technical or commercial assistance.
Our CAD Product Design and Technical Development Department works
with 3D and Solid Works software.
In 2011 we are going to adopt an innovative
system to collect operating and machine times (bar code scanning)
enabling our Direction Staff to optimise resource management and
bend it towards new development plans. All this with the significant
collaboration of our commercial partners.
